1. Free Trial

If offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the product during the trial period before purchasing.

2. No Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We do not provide refunds for partial usage or unused subscriptions.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Duplicate payment occurred
• Technical issue prevents service usage and is unresolved

4. Cancellation

• Users can cancel subscriptions anytime.
• Cancellation will stop future billing.
• Access continues until the end of the billing period.
